The coordinate notation used represents the location of cells on the <IT>Strategram</IT>  board. Each cell can be uniquely identified by determining, which column intersects a particular row.

Alphabetical characters represent <COL=PURPLE>Rows<NM>:
<BD>a, b, c, d, e, f, g,</BD> and <BD>h</BD>.

Numbers represent <COL=PURPLE>Columns<NM>:
<BD>1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7,</BD> and <BD>8</BD>.
